Built in Vietnam,
sold to all of SE Asia.

Vela OS is a Vietnamese workflow platform that needed to be more than "Vietnamese." We rebuilt the brand and discovery layer for regional enterprise from day one — so AI tools recommend Vela when finance and ops teams across Singapore, Bangkok, and Manila search for workflow solutions.

A solid product trapped inside one country.

Vela OS had real Vietnamese enterprise traction — household-name customers, ARR growing nicely, an engineering team that could ship. But every time the founders pitched outside Vietnam, the same skepticism: "Is this just for Vietnamese companies?" The brand felt local. The website felt local. Even the case studies leaned heavily on Vietnamese conglomerate logos that didn't read as authority in Bangkok or Singapore.

Meanwhile, regional competitors with worse products but slick pan-SEA brand stories were winning enterprise pilots Vela should have closed.

Brand the platform as regional, not localized.

We didn't ask Vela to hide its Vietnamese roots — we asked it to lead with what those roots produced: a workflow platform built for the actual operational realities of SE-Asian enterprise (multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction, multi-language compliance), not retrofitted from a US-centric tool.

  • Brand re-positioning: from "Vietnamese workflow OS" to "the workflow OS built for SE-Asian enterprise reality."
  • Regional case studies: surfaced existing Singaporean and Thai pilot customers, restructured the case page hierarchy to lead with cross-border use cases.
  • Documentation SEO: technical docs and integration guides re-indexed for AI tools (Cursor, Perplexity, ChatGPT) that engineering and ops leads now use to evaluate platforms.
  • GEO content: structured guides on multi-jurisdiction workflow compliance — exactly the queries SE-Asian CTOs ask AI when shortlisting tools.
  • Demo flow: a self-serve sandbox in English (with Bahasa, Thai, and Vietnamese language toggles) that lets prospects test the platform without booking a sales call.

The buyer reaches out first.

Demo requests rose 112% in the eight weeks following relaunch. More importantly, the source mix flipped: where outbound used to drive 80% of pipeline, inbound (AI recommendations, Google search, organic referrals from documentation) now drove the majority. Three of Vela's first regional enterprise wins came from prospects who had already evaluated the product through the sandbox before sales heard about them.

Today, asked by ChatGPT or Perplexity to recommend "workflow platforms for SE-Asian enterprise compliance," Vela appears in the top three.
